How long will it take to receive my e-bike?
We offer fast and reliable shipping for all our e-bike orders(FedEx/DPD).
Once your order is confirmed you can expect a tracking number within two business days.
Shipping to the countries we currently support takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
I don’t see my country in the list in the check out page
We currently support directly most European countries, as well as select international requests from EU, EEA, and UK countries. If you don’t see your country listed, feel free to contact us with your request.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You can expect to receive your tracking number and a link to the tracking website within 2 business days of placing your order!
What is your return policy?

My return initiated, when can I expect to receive my refund?

Are your e-bikes easy to assemble? Do you provide assembly support?
Yes, our e-bikes are designed for easy assembly and come mostly pre-assembled. If you need any help during the process, our team is happy to assist you with virtual support—just reach out to us!
Do you offer a warranty on your e-bikes?
