Refund policy

To help you enjoy shopping at BigBikes.at , we provide a return and refund policy as follows:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are not allowed after 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the e-bike must have less than ten (10) kilometers on the display, it must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and be in its original packaging.

If the e-bike have more than 10km, it is considered as used.
Then wear & tear fees will apply.

You’ll also need the original proof of purchase.

All refunds are initiated to the original payment method which used for the purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

BigBikes.at is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Product from Unauthorized Reseller

2. The damage is caused by human

3. Special order

4. Giveaways or free items

5. Online sale accessories

6. Extra purchased accessories (If you purchase after-sales accessories from BigBikes.at directly, please make sure it is the part you need before purchasing from us, you can always reach over to service@bigbikes.at to make sure that any parts/upgrades/accessories are suitable with your ebike model)

CLAIMS FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE AND/OR MISSING PARTS OR ITEMS.

IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage and/or missing parts after receiving your order.

Freight claims are super time-sensitive. We will not accept shipping claims later than 48 hours from the delivery of the product(s). Take pictures of any damage that is found on the packaging, and date the images when possible. Keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete.

Whenever possible, report damage claims within 48 hours of delivery to BigBikes customer service agent.
Please contact our Technical Support team at service@bigbikes.at for issues with shipping or the damaged boxes/damaged products due to shipping mishandling

Note, that return of defective/damaged items during transport is free of charge.
