Tampering Prohibited:

The buyer must not modify, tweak, or alter the software or add additional hardware to increase the speed or power of the vehicle if it is intended for public road use. Any modifications that exceed legal speed or power limits may result in the vehicle being classified as a moped or motorcycle, which may require additional registration, licensing, or insurance.
