How long does the shipping usually take?
We offer fast and reliable shipping for all our e-bike orders(FedEx/DPD).
Once your order is confirmed you can expect a tracking number within two business days.
Shipping to the countries we currently support takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Are the e-bikes difficult to assemble?
Not at all! Our e-bikes arrive 80% pre-assembled, and most customers can finish setup in less than an hour using basic tools(included). We will be happy to virtually connect with you and help assemble your new e-bike.
Are X Series e-bikes road legal?
X Series e-bikes are primarily designed for off-road and mountain biking. They are not intended for regular on-road use. For more details, please refer to our legal compliance section. Remember, it’s your responsibility to ensure you comply with the laws and regulations in your area.
